Studies of Ibero-American Museum Audiences

The Museum Audience Studies in Ibero-America report presents an overview of the studies that have been developed in the fifteen countries that participated in the diagnosis by responding to a survey. The data collected offer several perspectives for analysis, allowing for future improvement in the management of these institutions.

The study describes in detail the methodology used for data collection, the way this data was processed and the process of building the research instrument.

With the publication resulting from the study, each participating country can not only know what has been developed in other countries included in the research but also individually use the material as an example and basis for possible developments and deepening of policies of national interest.

Knowing the reality of these countries enables us to understand the local situation on the world stage. The following countries participated in the project: Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Spain, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay.
